Meet Your Mortgage Agent: Paul Oosh

Trilith Mortgages is led by Paul Oosh, a mortgage agent licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA), Licence #M25002936. Paul works with Breezeful, an FSRA-licensed mortgage brokerage (Licence #13470).

Paul works one-on-one with every client. You won’t be passed to a call centre: you’ll have a direct line to the person handling your file, who will explain your options in plain language and keep you updated at every step.

A bank can only offer you its own products. As a licensed mortgage agent, we can compare options from a wide range of lenders, including major banks, credit unions, monoline lenders and alternative lenders, to find the mortgage that fits your situation.

We help clients across North York, Toronto, Scarborough, Durham Region, Etobicoke, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Mississauga, Brampton and beyond. Meetings are available in person, by phone or by video call.
